WorkWeek was born out of a desire to bridge the gap between businesses and their workforce. Our founders, Niven Poleman and Tristan Drummond, journey began with a shared goal: to build a solution that could address the frustrations of time tracking, attendance management, and communication in industries where workers are often overlooked.

Q: Is there a Free Trial available for WorkWeek?

Q: Can employees access other mobile apps using Data-Free?

A: No. Data-free will only apply to the WorkWeek app.

Q: Are there any hidden fees?

A: No, there are no hidden fees. The only additional fee is a setup fee, which is fully refundable if you decide not to continue after your 14-day free trial.

Setup Fee Structure (ex. VAT):

  • Teams with up to 50 employees: R 450
  • Teams with 51–200 employees: R 750
  • Teams with 201–500 employees: R 1,250
Q: Can employees use WorkWeek without internet access?

A: Absolutely! WorkWeek offers offline functionality, allowing employees to clock in and out even in areas without network coverage.

Q: What networks support Data-Free?

A: Data-Free works with Vodacom, MTN, Cell C, and Telkom SIM cards. It doesn’t apply to SIM cards from MVNOs (Mobile Virtual Network Operators) like Melon Mobile or Mr Price Mobile, even if they use one of these networks.

Q: Do I have to sign a contract?

A: No, we don’t require any term-length contracts. Our pricing is on a month-to-month basis, so you’re not tied down to any long-term commitments.

Q: How do I get started with WorkWeek?

A: You can request a demo or contact us, and our onboarding team will guide you through setup to ensure a smooth start.

Q: Does Data-Free cost extra?

A: No. Data-free is included when joining WorkWeek.

Q: What does “Zero mobile data charges” mean?

A: Zero mobile data charges means your employees don’t need airtime or mobile data to use our app. Your WorkWeek subscription covers that cost automatically.
